3.能够评估网站工作的成功与否，包括设定关键绩效指标，访客统计监测，反馈等

4.与公司团队其他能够提供网站内容的同事建立良好的工作关系，与外部合作伙伴能够很好的网站内容以及模版的管理。

5.能够编辑和整理公司业务相关的视频及文字内容并及时的在互联网终端上进行更新填补，例如youtube,flickr, twitter, weibo等渠道。

6.能够成功的完成公司范围的网站项目对内对外的高标准效果。

7.熟悉PHP的简单编程,熟悉wordpress网站开发系统，并能够熟练的完成网站编辑,良好的网站设计理念以及设计工作经历

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage the English and Language versions of the website developing content to high standard

- Design and deliver web campaigns to achieve our company objectives, including using interactive web spaces

- Evaluate the success of web work, including setting key performance indicators, monitoring visitor statistics, feedback and participation

- Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the company who provide website content, with external partners with who maintain the centralized content management system and templates

- Take photographs and record videos of events for use on the website, youtube, Flickr, twitter channels

- Contribute to the successful delivery of the company wide projects and advise colleagues on the best use of online communications

- Familiar with PHP basic program coding

- Excellent knowledge of wordpress and can use wordpress to edit the website with company requirments

- Excellent Web design sense and experience on design
